GiGi, a 2 month old Dachshund mix puppy
who arrived with severe burns to her mouth
Meet GiGi. This little girl arrived to HALO in severe pain. We are not sure how her mouth got in to the shape it is in, but she likely suffered a chemical burn. We are hoping this was not an intentional act of abuse by someone but we can not be certain. Her pink lips are just a hint of what awful shape her mouth is in. Despite her injuries she is the sweetest little girl who enjoys gobbling up her canned food and relishes in being cuddled like a baby. We are hopeful she will make a full recovery and be available for adoption soon.
